Prices include the hour and all the aftercare which includes emails, recipes, motivation, advice, programmes and any research my client may want. I will be in touch with my client within 12 hours. Thank you.

Payment terms:

Immediate payment by cheque (made payable to Henrietta Hay) or cash.

I recommend a minimum of 12 sessions in order to begin to see real fitness,
health and lifestyle benefits. However I am happy to negotiate any number
of sessions based upon individual preferences.
